A must for STOTT Pilates Certification

If you are pursuing certification in STOTT Pilates, you must buy these flash cards. The muscle images on the written exam are directly from this pack. Even if you know your muscles, you need to know how they are depicted in these flash cards so you can instantly recognize them on the test. For instance, the deltoids are shown from a superior view. This can look totally foreign if you are not used to this view.

Wrong cards included

My daughter studied the daylights out of these for her test. She had a discussion with the teacher about an answer she "got wrong", she showed the teacher the flashcard. Turned out that the card was wrong. Teacher gave her half credit for that question. Oops. Just sayin'

not real "flash" cards if the picture and its information are on different pages

Be careful when buying these. Make sure you know these aren't separate cards, they're in a ring binder. However, the name and description of the muscle is on the page opposite the picture, which makes it difficult to separate out from the binder to study from and "self-quiz". It'd be much better if the information was on the same card as the picture, on the back of the card. Unless I got a defective pack or something.
