Excellent resource for electrical testing.

This book explains in detail the procedures for testing of most power type electrical equipment. The author explains in great detail the testing process, the purpose of the tests, and the acceptable and unacceptable results. Examples of data forms are provided. The author even reviews a process to set up a preventive maintenance program. Highly recommended.

This book provides the most comprehensive overview I have found thus far for engineers and field professionals involved in the maintenance and testing electrical power systems and equipment. The author presents the materials very effectively. The book is both an indispensible resource for the practicing engineer, as well as an ideal training tool for teachers and students engaged in primary and continuing education in this field.

Great Read! Great resource on the magic of fruits, vegetables and spices. Informative and entertaining!

This book is clearly a labor of love. Beginning with the author's touching dedication to his mother, and throughout the subsequent chapters of this voluminous work, we are treated to a meticulously researched and charmingly presented survey of the dietary dimension of cancer prevention and treatment. Serious science studies share space on the page with humorous cartoon strips, recipes, and thoughtful observations about health and wellness. The book is designed with a range of readers in mind: the leisurely reader will be rewarded by the author's wit and scholarly depth, while the cursory reader can easily retrieve the essential facts of a given topic by glancing at conveniently highlighted and summary sections. Cancer is a many-headed monster, and while bio-medicine has made remarkable progress towards a cure, there is still much that this approach fails to address. I have followed this author and have read couple of articles published by him in different forums. This book looks like a summarized version of his findings and research done over a period of time.

About the Author
Rosemary Radford Ruether earned her MA and PhD at Claremont Graduate University in 1960 and 1965. She has taught at the Howard University School of Religion in Washington, DC; at Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary and Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois; at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, California; and presently at the Claremont School of Theology and Graduate University. She is author or editor of forty-seven books.

ONE OF OUR BEST KEPT SECRETS

It is puzzling to me that this good book has not received more attention since Dr. Ruether is one of the most outstanding theologians of our time. Thomas Merton called her his personal theologian. The exchange of letters between Merton and Ruether made for a fascinating book all by itself called "At Home in the World." Her books and articles are in the bibliography of this book. There are 30 pages of her extensive and always brilliant publishing record. Today she teaches at Claremont College in California and she has an extensive history of academic prominence. She is more than a "Catholic theologian." She writes about Buddhism, Judaism, Islam and Hinduism with and uncommon sympathy and understanding in this autobiography. She is also more than a feminist theologian although she is often labeled as such. She says "The predominance of feminism in my writing has by no means excluded other areas of thought." Her broad reach extends to liberation theology, ecology and all areas of social justice. Her Foreward quotes a poem by Renny Golden "The Chispa Carrier," whose more famous poem is a haunting eulogy for the three nuns and a lay missionary murdered in El Salvador. This really is a clue as to the rest of the book. I couldn't put it down.

This spiritual autobiography fully integrates life experience, inquisitiveness, and academic study ... the result is readers are led down a path which helps you, by looking at RRR's journey, understand your own. It has the qualities of a fine art piece. One I'll return to again and again. And it's fully footnoted!

I am an instructor for a Radiography program and am currently studyings to take my ARRT Q.M. examination. This is the only book I recommend for quallity management. The others tend to be confusing and vague. Well worth it.

I am an RT and just passed my QM boards using only this text book. It covered everything on the exam, it was easy to read and also has practice tests. I would highly recommend it to anyone taking the ARRT QM exam.

There are other study material to choose from and by all means do so.
Start here, There is also a CD called QM in a flash, get it and study from
